Rebranded "SEO Neo Playbook" to **Position Zero Playbook** (new home: positionzeroplaybook.pages.dev) and re-architected navigation from subject groups into a 7-group altitude IA: Start Here, Strategy, AI (its own bucket, since AI/LLM visibility was the dominant conference theme), Playbooks (how-to), SEO Neo (software campaigns), SEO Craft, and Reference, plus a Conference Sessions library. Fully merged the SEO Spring Training 2026 material: the 8 theme briefs distributed by altitude (no longer a silo), 23 self-contained session pages each with a collapsible slide gallery (20 decks rendered to 786 deduped slide images under assets/decks/), and 4 new runnable SOPs distilled from the strongest talks (site migration, GBP reinstatement, digital-PR sprint, llms.txt authority stack). Rewrote Start Here for the new scope and added a conference hub page. Resolved the Surge Protocol attribution to Daryl Osborne (on-stage name "Eric Lawrence" left flagged as unverified). Built by an orchestrated sub-agent fan-out with per-artifact adversarial QC.

Merged the 2026 SEO Spring Training conference into the site as a new "SEO Spring Training 2026" group: a conference overview plus eight cross-session theme briefs (AI/LLM search visibility, off-page & multi-channel links, local SEO & GBP, agency growth & sale prep, social & short-form video, technical SEO & migrations, AI agents & automation, and digital PR/paid traffic/conversion), synthesized across 23 session knowledge folders built from 18 transcripts and 20 slide decks. Each session's full notes (summary, per-speaker key points, how-to, extracted deck) and a conference index table live under `2026 SEOST Presentations/knowledge/`. Generated by a fan-out of per-session sub-agents with adversarial QC against the source transcripts/decks (every claim traced; speaker-name ambiguities like Eric Lawrence/Daryl Osborne and Andrew vs Aaron Gruenke flagged, not guessed).

Adversarial-review overhaul of structure, copy, and screenshots. Reorganized navigation from the meaningless "Tool Manuals vs Workflows" split into subject groups (Links & Anchors, Content & AI Citations, Maps, Setup & Infrastructure). Added a findable "Get cited by AI (AI Overviews / AEO)" page that consolidates the previously-scattered Q&A format + entities + schema answer, and split the overloaded entities page into "Entities & machine IDs" plus a dedicated "Advanced schema" page. Made the Quickstarts runnable top-to-bottom (load-bearing values inlined, deep links moved to footers) and de-duplicated the Tier 1/Tier 2 anchor SOP so it lives canonically on one page. Added a client-side site search box. Corrected screenshot captions that overclaimed or contradicted the image (GBP heatmap step, SEMrush view, the WPCode/SEOPress publish frame, the Knowledge Graph API page, the Zista example), fixed the grid spec (9x9 at 2.5 km spacing, not "162 points"), and cropped the screenshots to the shared-screen region. Added a "Start here, in order" spine to the Overview.

Folded the Sessions 1-3 screen-context capture into the manuals and added real SEO Neo / tool screenshots throughout. Setup page now carries the actual Cloud API provider list, the spinner dropdown options, the bio + blog-detail SpinTax forms, and the worked Adam's Pool NAP HTML (with the live preview shot). Cloud-template page gained the Elias Cloud diagram + tier-slot UI (Tier 1/2/3 = 5/25/125) screenshots; GBP page gained the GBP Blast grid (9x9 / 2500m / 162) + a live heatmap shot; strategy page gained the SEMrush keyword-gap shot. Entities page gained the custom-GPT list, TextRazor, Enterprise Knowledge Graph API, and Zista report screenshots; publish + network-safety pages gained the SEOPress/WP Code schema and Simple History shots from the live Total Shade LLC publish. Corrected the node spelling Dedalus (audio rendered it "Delaus"). Source for every screenshot lives in each session's knowledge/screen-context.md.

Made the RD100 and Cloud-template pages self-contained SOPs: added the Tier 1 & Tier 2 anchor setup inline (Primary Keywords 100% brand + brand-partial-match for Tier 1; exact match + variations + entities for Tier 2) with the Adam's Pool keyword-screen screenshots on each page, so the campaign SOP is followable without leaving the page.

Expanded the anchor system from Session 3 detail: Tier 1 vs Tier 2 rules with the real SEO Neo keyword screens (Adam's Pool and Spa screenshots), the safety-gradient principle, brand-partial-match rules, and the manual tier pyramid. Rebuilt the entities page as fast-way (OpenAI + Wikidata) vs right-way (TextRazor + Google Enterprise Knowledge Graph API) with the Adam's worked example + machine-IDs. Added screenshot/asset support to the site (archived snapshots now freeze their images) and a HOW-IT-WORKS project bible.

Restructured from one long page into a multi-page site grouped by purpose (Start Here, Quickstarts, Rules, Tool Manuals, Workflows, Strategy, Reference) with per-page type chips. Same content as v3, re-organized + cross-linked; added standalone quickstarts (onboard, publish, weekly, monthly) and one manual per SEO Neo tool. Whole-site snapshot versioning.

Integrated Session 3 (2026-06-05): entity & advanced schema workflow (TextRazor + Google Enterprise Knowledge Graph API + Zista, machine IDs, significantLink), network/infra safety (Cloudflare name-server hiding, exact-match domains, own-the-racecourse), build & automation stack (Sonic, Codex). Corrections: cloud template runs to ONE URL and RD100-or-cloud (not both unless hard); external-linking reversal; internal-linking-on-publish; three levels of schema; per-city maps.
