Monthly cadence
Freshness maintenance for every client — including the ones already winning.
Run monthly for every client regardless of current ranking. This is the single owner of the "client is winning / maintenance mode" answer — once a client's grids go consistent top-3, they leave the weekly loop and live here.
The monthly tasks
- GBP Blast for freshness — every client. Run one GBP Blast per client this month, same single-keyword setup as the weekly loop (NEO → Wizards → GBP Blast → Project → GBP → one keyword → Grid 9×9 [2.5 km spacing] heatmap). GBP Blast hits the same network of sites repeatedly; stop for 3+ months and the backlinks roll off and rankings fade. A monthly blast keeps them fresh. This includes clients already at top-3.
- GBP Sniper alongside — same monthly cadence, same as Blast.
- Leave near-perfect grids alone. All 1s except a corner at #4? Don't keep working it — the monthly freshness blast is all it needs. NEO ignores all-1s pins anyway (already won).
- Add one topic to the content bucket. Generate ~50 spun articles (Spin Rewriter on HIGH) on a new topic and add them to the client/niche content bucket. Over ~10 weeks the bucket grows into a reusable ~500-article library NEO draws from.
Dropping a client into maintenance mode
When grids show consistent top-3 across your priority keywords, pull the client out of the weekly GBP loop and run only this monthly checklist instead. Bake the monthly freshness blast into the SOP so nothing silently decays.
Then stop
That's the whole maintenance loop. Don't over-work a winning client — the once-a-month blast plus one content-bucket topic is enough to hold rankings and keep the network alive. If a priority keyword slips back out of top-3, move that client back into the weekly cadence.
